A nice house in southern Sweden, in Skåne.

We live in a house from 1970, in a village called Väggarp. Väggarp is located between Lund and Eslöv with commuter train 2 minutes from home. Here you can easily go to Lund, Malmö and also Copenhagen.
The house has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and toilet/shower and guest toilet on the main floor.
In the basement we have a recreation room with ping pong table, bedroom, laundry room and extra bathroom with sauna.
In connection with the living room you can go out into a wooden deck with table and chairs and a barbecue.Here we have a large garden.

About the neighborhood

The surroundings consist of farmland, fields and a castle with a castle park.
Here you can go for a short walk, if you want to go for at longer walk turn off along the Kävlingeån to the right towards Lilla Harrie.
If you go to Örtofta (where you find the train station) you will find Örtofta Sugar Mill which is Sweden's only remaining beet sugar mill, and one of the largest i Europe. This sugar mill started in 1890.

Family with two adults but room for two more adults.

Hello!
We are a family with two children who are now adults and have moved out.
We have lived in the same house since 1990, and the reason we stay is because we enjoy the village community, the calm pace with nature nearby and good communications.
We have both worked as music teachers all our lives and Thomas also has musician assignments.
I, Marie, retired three years ago but Thomas is still working.
We enjoy traveling and are therefore curious about what Intervac can offer.
