Nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Westborough, 30 miles west of Boston, our spacious family home is the perfect suburban retreat. Situated near scenic wooded trails and a tranquil pond, you’ll have the chance to spot local wildlife like hawks and opossums.

Our home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 4 cozy double bedrooms, including a girls’ room, a boys’ room, a parents' room, and a spare room. There are 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a bright conservatory that invites large amount of natural light. The newly upgraded back deck overlooks a charming array of birdfeeders, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

For those rainy days, we have a large art and craft room, perfect for creativity and family fun.

Located just a short drive from the local town with supermarkets, libraries, and churches, you’ll find everything you need nearby. Plus, the area offers plenty of exciting day trip options, including Boston, Cape Cod Seashore, the North End, New Hampshire’s picturesque lakes, and the stunning Maine coastline.

We have 2 indoor cats that would need daily feeding and cat litter changes.
