Modern apartment on the 8th floor 20 mts. from the beach. Nice views and perfect location to relax by the sea.
The apartment is part of a complex where you can enjoy a huge pool, tennis court, basket-football pitch, petanque, BBQ and parking area. Rejoined in 2019 we have had more than 12 wonderful exchanges with friends in Sweden, Iceland, UK, Ireland, France, Spain and Finland.

About the neighborhood
The apartment is located in Arenals del Sol, right at the beach line. Arenals is a popular holiday area in Elx with blue flag qualification and nice promenade. You can find plenty of bars and restaurants and basic shopping in walking distance. Next to the apartment you have tourist info, primary health atention and local police. Natural protected area Clot de Galgany (birds watching) is 2 km. away. About 5 km. away, in Gran Alacant, you have bigger commercial centres and a wider variety of cosmopolitan restaurants. Alicante and Elx are 8 km. and Torrevieja or Benidorm are 40 km. although traffic in summer could mean more than 1 hour. Water activities can be booked easily (parreswatersports.com). Please note some of the services would only be available during high season.

Great exchange, World Heritage Bath does not disappoint, XVIII century Georgian house makes you feel part of the dream city while having all the XXI century facilities. Perfect connection with Jane throughout the 20 days and beyond, always helpful and kind. We found our apartment in good condition.
Emma and Fran were in constant contact regarding exchange. We loved the location of their apartment. Just across the street from the beach. Very comfortable and the use of a fan was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this swap for anyone wanting a beach escape.

Kind and helpful partners with good comunication through mobile. Beautiful and quite home, great location and breathtaking country. They have been very respectful with our home and left it in very good condition. Just a small mishap with my car which I expect to sort out succesfully.

Emma worked as teacher for children with special needs, Fran enjoys early retirement from a bank. Miquel runs a local restaurant and Marc works as IT. Children don’t travel with us usually although sometimes they could join us.
