Do you like mountains, seaside and italian culture? We offer you our house with Mountain view in Fabriano, Italy
Our house is a new appartment, which is situated in a nice and quiet residential area of Fabriano with a beautiful view on the town and the surrounding mountains. The house is about 115m2 with a small garden. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, bathtube, toilet etc.
Fabriano: town historic centre, paiting museum “Pinacoteca Malajoli”, cathedral “San Venanzio”, historic paper museum (museo della carta), old theatre “Gentile”, old bicycle museum (museo delle bicliclette), outdoor swimming pool (piscina).
Around Fabriano:
1. Frasassi caves (grotte di Frasassi, very interesting place inside a mountain, 15 min. by car)
2. Frasassi (old roman church, 15 min. by car)
3. Gubbio (beautiful old town, 40 min. by car)
4. Assisi (beautiful old town with many churches, 50 min. by car)
5. Sirolo (beautiful town on the sea, 50 min. by car)

OUR TOWN
In the heart of the Marches, at the feet of the Apennines, lies one of the most widespread territories of Italy, rich with natural beauty and historically-artistic heritages: Fabriano. The last strip of the “Marca d’Ancona” following Umbria, Fabriano is surrounded by green countryside and uncontaminated nature, which is fine example of a successful union between architecture and panoramic morphology. Fabriano is a good starting place to visit the caves "grotte di Frassassi" (www.frasassi.com), Gubbio, Assissi, Perugia or the seaside of Senigallia (www.turismo.marche.it)
Even to vistit Rome or Florence is very easy, as it is just 2,5 hours drive (200 km).
For the lovers of paragliding the surrounding mountains are ideal for this kind of sport.

Our family consists of Grit, Andrea, Juan Sebastian (21 years) and Maria Julieta (17 years). All family members likes to travel and hope to find new friends with intervac house-exchanges.
We are all very respectful of others belongings and will take good care of your home.
We have also a Cat (Pepe), which is very curious and like company a lot.
