The family were very easy to communicate with, and thanks to our hosts, we quickly established a friendly and helpful relationship. As this was our first home exchange, I particularly appreciated their open communication and willingness to answer any questions we had. We also created a shared WhatsApp group early on, which turned out to be an excellent idea. It made it easy for both families to ask questions, share information, and stay in touch throughout the exchange, helping everything run smoothly.
After they had stayed in our apartment, I could hardly tell that anyone had been there. Everything was left spotless, and even our flowers had been carefully watered.
They are a wonderful family to exchange with, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to other members. In fact, we could not have wished for a better first home exchange experience.
