Ours is a comfortable, clean and spacious family home in the most desirable area in the city. It is a victorian granite house built around 1880 and we have preserved the original features of the era while equipping it for our own needs.We have 3 bedrooms,2 with kingsize beds and 1 with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen is where we eat and socialise mostly but we like to gather in the dining room for special occasions. These rooms look out over the mature and private back garden which is a haven for wildlife with a frog pond, trees, shrubs and flowerbeds to attract the butterflies and bumblebees. At the other end of the gardenthere is a safe back lane to play ball. We enjoy trailbiking so keep an array of bike gear for your enjoyment.

About the neighborhood
Aberdeen sits on the coastline and has several sandy beaches to choose from as well as hills and mountains to enjoy. The best of both worlds. The city is 2.5 hours from Inverness, the home of Culloden Battlefield and the Loch Ness Monster, and 3 hours south to Edinburgh, our Capital City, and Glasgow a University City which has many wonderful attractions. Aberdeen is on the whisky and castle trails and near Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle. It is a cosmopolitan city and this is reflected in the wide variety of restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs. Our house is in the leafy West End of the city and is near some lovely parks, one of which has indoor and outdoor Tennis. We enjoy award winning shops on our doorstep and often wander round the neighbourhood in the evenings admiring the stunning and very beautiful granite architecture.
