I had a perfect stay in Philips and Carolines lovely house. They were very friendly and helpful. We communicated via WhatApp throughout the exchange so it was easy to get answers to my questions that came up during the exchange weeks. Royal Tunbridge Wells was a very nice little town to explore. I also borrowed a bike that I took with me on the train and went on several excursions.

Philip and Caroline were extremely helpful with information and advice about their home and surrounding area before our exchange. We were able to meet en route which was lovely. Their home is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden. They looked after ours very well too.
Philip and Caroline live in a very attractive part of Tunbridge Wells in walking distance to the centre and also for exploring the surrounding area. We were not familiar with Kent and were very pleasantly surprised by the number of attractions nearby ( especially National Trust) and how pretty it is. In fact we enjoyed our stay at Caroline and Philip’s so much that we hope to exchange with them again in the future.

Before the house exchange, communication was quick and precise. We found our partners' house in very good condition, and we would have loved to stay in Tunbridge Wells longer.

A super position within walking distance of this lovely old town. It's also in an excellent position to visit many National Trust houses and gardens. We took full advantage of this when we exchanged at the end of Nov when a lot of these houses had Xmas decorations up.
We also met Philip and Caroline for a coffee prior to the exchange which was lovely.

Caroline et Philip were very welcoming guests. We were invited to a meal in their home just before they left and they made sure that everything was ok . The presentation of their house was accurate. They really took great care of our house.

Philip en Caroline hebben een zeer comfortabel huis en duidelijke ruilinformatie achtergelaten. Tijdens de ruil was contact via Whatsapp makkelijk om vragen over en weer snel te beantwoorden. Tunbridge Wells ligt fantastisch: makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit Nederland en op een uurtje van zowel Londen als Brighton, in een prachtig gebied. Helemaal goed dus!

Everything was as expected. It is convernient for shopping and within walking distance of the centre.What we were not so prepared for was the traffic on the roads

This exchange was a very good experience. The house was spacious, very clean and located in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
These exchanbge partners were very hospitable. We found food and drinks waiting for us on arrival and we felt very welocme and very much at home.

A truly magnificent home. We had a lovely time in Tunbridge. And the Engish weather is far better than people believe!We really enjoyed Tunbridge. A roomy house with a beautiful garden. We felt very much at home. And staying in the garden of England is a real treat!

A lovely exchange, very easy to organize. Communication was fluid, not more frequent than necessary. Philip and Caroline's house is very comfortable and clean, and the garden in autumn was splendid. Nice watching squirrels while having breakfast! The neighborhood is very quiet and mostly pleasant. Lots of walking in the countryside around Turnbridge Wells and in the city itself, and hiking on the seaside (Bournemouth Seven Sisters and Hastings) Even a bit of cycling. London is easily reached by train. Our house was spotless when we returned.

We have exchanged with Phil and Caroline a couple of times. Theirs is a wonderful house: spacious and comfortable, and in a very good location.
They left our house in immaculate condition.

Wij hebben een heel aangename ruil achter de rug. Het contact was telkens warm en helpend zonder dat we elkaar continu overvielen met vragen.
