House in La Boissière du Doré, France
On the groundfloor, we have a large living room with TV and satellite and a full equiped kitchen, both open on a large airconditioned veranda. There are also a shower, toilets and a linen room with a washing machine.
A garage for the car but you can also park on the tarmac in front of the house.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and another room used as an office, a bathroom and other toilets.
The veranda is open on a lawn and an open landscape. Outside a large lawn and a small vegetable garden.

About the neighborhood
Our neighbourhood is quiet, there are many fields and vineyards in the country.
At about 1,5 kms from our house you can visit an important zoo. It is very interesting and shady in summer. You can see it on internet: www.zoo-boissiere.com/
There is a single trade both bakery and grocery near our house and the largest supermarket located in Vallet 9 kilometers .
30 kms to spend time and visit Nantes ... an interesting town.
20 kms...you visit Clisson a city with an italian architecture.
You can walk on paths along the river.
The Loire Castels are not so far and really fantastic.

The family were very helpful with information and very welcoming. The house was very nice - as described. The location was good for people wanting a non urban, countryside village experience.
Zeer vlotte mensen waarmee de ruil en de afspraken snel gemaakt waren. De woning was in perfecte staat, er was wat plaats gemaakt voor onze spullen. En de beschrijving van de woning was correct.

we are a couple
We are now retired. We had been teaching in primary school for many years.We exchanged our house several times before now and usually prefer to exchange our car too, so we can travel by plane. We have a daughter (Frédérique) who is 47. Our son (Vincent) is 46and we have 3 grandchildren.
