Cozy mountain apartment with a breathtaking view
Our apartment is located in the Milmari Resort complex in Kopaonik, a well-known mountain hotel complex with a spa center, restaurant and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. It is a perfect place both for relaxing vacations and active mountain adventures throughout the year.
The apartment is warm, cozy and designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It features a large king-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed, making it ideal for up to four guests. There is also plenty of storage space, including wardrobes and cabinets, which makes longer stays very convenient.
Although the apartment does not have a terrace, it features large French windows with a beautiful mountain view that bring in plenty of natural light and create a very relaxing atmosphere. Watching the snowy landscape in winter or the green mountain scenery during summer is truly special.
The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating and a functional kitchen with everything needed for everyday cooking and dining. The bathroom is also fully equipped and includes essentials such as a hairdryer and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
During winter, the apartment stays very warm and cozy thanks to the efficient heating system that quickly heats the space even on the coldest days. In the summer, the mountain air keeps the apartment naturally fresh and pleasantly cool, so air conditioning is not needed.

About the neighborhood
The apartment is located within the Milmari Resort complex, one of the most popular mountain resorts in Kopaonik. The complex offers excellent facilities for both relaxation and active holidays. Guests can enjoy three spa centers — one outdoor spa area that operates during the summer season (mainly July and August) and two indoor spa centers that are available all year round.
Within the complex, there are also three restaurants offering different types of cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, several other restaurants and cafés are located just a few steps away from the resort, making everything very convenient and easy to access.
The apartment is located around 10 km from the center of Kopaonik and the main ski resort. During the winter season, there is a ski bus that frequently connects the resort with the ski center, which makes it a great option for ski lovers who want both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds.
Kopaonik is the largest and most famous mountain resort in Serbia, known for its beautiful nature, fresh mountain air and excellent ski slopes. The ski center offers more than 50 km of ski trails suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers, along with modern ski lifts and many winter activities.
At the same time, Kopaonik is also wonderful during the summer months. The mountain becomes a perfect destination for hiking, nature walks, biking and relaxing in nature. There are many activities available for both adults and children, including horseback riding, panoramic cable car rides, adventure parks and zip line attractions. The peaceful atmosphere, green landscapes and fresh air make it an ideal escape from busy city life.
Kopaonik is also very accessible. It is approximately two hours from Niš and around two and a half hours from Belgrade and Belgrade Airport, making it an easy and comfortable destination for international visitors, especially when traveling by rental car.

Creating memories through travel and home exchange
Hello! My name is Katarina, and I usually travel either with my boyfriend or with my mother, Žana.
My mother is a chemistry professor and she was previously an Intervac ambassador for Serbia. Before the Covid period, we were very active in home exchanges and had several wonderful experiences through Intervac. Every exchange brought us beautiful memories, and with some of the families we are still in touch today as friends.
My boyfriend and I are both law students at the University of Belgrade. We truly love traveling, discovering new places and experiencing local culture in an authentic way. We already had a lovely exchange experience together in the Czech Republic, and it made us appreciate this way of traveling even more.
We are all very active and open-minded people. We enjoy hiking, skiing, nature trips, long walks, exploring cities, trying local food, meeting new people and sharing travel stories. At the same time, we are very respectful, clean and responsible guests who understand how important it is to take care of someone’s home as if it were our own.
