Two bedroom apartment with view of Hudson River is convenient to public transportation
Our apartment is in a well-kept elevator building with an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. The apartment gets beautiful light all day and has an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double-bed air mattress. There are two bathrooms. It is air-conditioned and has lots of windows, so that you can enjoy the breeze from the Hudson River.
The building has a 24-hour concierge and a very helpful staff.

About the neighborhood
The apartment is in a safe residential neighborhood in Jersey City with great access to New York City via the PATH train. PATH runs either to Lower Manhattan or to mid-town Manhattan. There is also a ferry service to Lower Manhattan. Easy access to MetLife Stadium for FIFA World Cup.
We are just a few blocks from the Hudson River waterfront, which has a lovely esplanade. We are also very close to Van Vorst Park.
Local shopping is good with both supermarkets and smaller stores. There is also a good local dining scene.

Well traveled family who have done many successful exchanges
We were intervac members for many years and are happy to return, now that we have more flexibility to travel. We have been lucky enough to travel extensively and have a special interest in local cuisine. We enjoy cooking with foods from local markets and exploring regional wines. We also enjoy theatre, museums, dance, and arts festivals as a way to learn more about regional and national culture.
