Cozy family home by Snæfellsjökull – gateway to Iceland’s most magical peninsula
We are a family of five living on the beautiful Snæfellsnes Peninsula, often called “Iceland in miniature” because of its incredible variety of nature. Our home is located near Arnarstapi, surrounded by lava fields, ocean cliffs and with easy access to Snæfellsjökull glacier.
The house is spacious, bright and family-friendly with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have a large terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Icelandic air, peaceful surroundings and, on clear days, views of the stunning landscape.
This is the perfect place for nature lovers, with hiking trails, dramatic coastline, black beaches and iconic sites like Kirkjufell all within driving distance. In winter, you may even see the northern lights right from the area.
We run a local adventure company and are happy to give tips (or even offer experiences) to help you explore the area like a local.

We are a family of five with three children. We live an active lifestyle and love spending time outdoors, exploring nature or going on small adventures together.
We run a local adventure and tourism business, so nature and meeting people from around the world are a big part of our daily life. We enjoy traveling, discovering new places and experiencing different cultures.
