Easy access to public transportation, a short walk to the Ferry Building, Financial District, Oracle Park Baseball stadium, Chase Center Arena, Caltrain for commuter rail to Silicon Valley and San Jose, The Bay Bridge and freeways to the SFO airport and beyond.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, great water pressure, bidet, gas fireplace, appleTV and 1gigabit high speed internet service.

South Beach is a newer neighborhood for SF, made up of high rise condos and converted warehouses. It's home to many technology companies and venture capital firms. We sit one block from the bay so our weather tends to be a bit sunnier. There are plenty of bars, cafes and a wide range of restaurants within a short walking distance including a few wine bars.
It's also flat here in South Beach so it's very walkable, whether it's north towards downtown and the Ferry Building or south towards Mission Bay and the Dogpatch neighborhoods where the city recently created a greenway of parks along the water's edge. Other nearby hidden gems to explore include the Salesforce Park, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Oracle Baseball stadium, SFMoma and South Park. We also have 2 supermarkets within walking distance.
South Beach is well connected to public transportation with a Muni line around our corner, a number of bus lines within a 10 minute walk, Caltrain, BART and the ferries. Plus several e-bike and scooter stations for a fun and easy way to get around the city.

Open minded, adventurous, and caring couple
We are excited to be part of the Intervac community! We learned about it through family members and can't wait to put it into practice. We've traveled extensively and look forward to making new memories and friends by using this home exchange program.
In our free time we share a love of the outdoors, supporting live music, and traveling, among so many other of life's delicacies. Carol practices and teaches yoga at our local YMCA, a life long learner of the french horn and guitar. And since he can remember, Peter has been perfecting his skills in skiing and is an avid mountain biker and golfer.
We consider ourselves casual in nature and open minded. Our core values are to respect others, be responsible, and be kind. We enjoy spending time with our families, friends and neighbors as much as possible. We love our city and all it has to offer.
