The Pearl Paint Building was a well known spot in New York for decades, then converted 4 fully renovated apartments. We are the first purchasers of the 4th floor unit, a 3 bedroom, three bath layout with plenty of other sleeping places (i.e. giant couch, etc.). All bedrooms are or can be ensuite to bathrooms. Private entrance from elevator, it is very rare to see a neighbor. The ceilings are high and views are excellent old New York. The location is in the heart of everything great about NYC. It is in Tribeca, and a very short walk to Soho, East and West Village, and the Financial District/Battery park. Every north/south line in Manhattan has a station within 4 blocks of the apartment, making it very easy to quickly move around the city. Mid-town and the attractions of Broadway and then central park are 20 minutes subway rides away. A Citibike rental rack immediately in front of the building makes it very nice to jump on an ebike and go anywhere. No pets, unfortunately. I clicked yes to children, but really prefer that they are over 10.
