New home pool view Sierra Nevada Granada
Little Bird is a new home in the quiet residential area of Belicena on the western edge of Granada, Andalucia, Spain. Just a 15-minute drive from Granada airport, a 40-minute from the southern coast and beaches. Hop on a bus for a 30-minute ride to the centre of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra or all that this fascinating city has to offer. Free street parking.
This light and airy home sleeps 4 people. It has one large bedroom for 2 guests with an ensuite, and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy superb views of the Sierra Nevada. The basement garage has 2 bunk beds if the kids are happy to share it as a den with its own patio.
Little Bird's solar panels supply the sub-floor heating and cooling system so their is an open plan. Best of all is the inground pool for those hot summer months when you need to cool off. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pizeria, Burger King just a couple of minutes drive away or you can walk to cafes in the old village centre. Two bicycles (one electric) are available to explor the local bike tracks through the countryside.
