80 sqm light apartment in a quit location close communications
Hello all Intervac friends!
I just started so I will complete more as I go.
I live in Stockholm, Bromma close to Sundbyberg.
It’s close to buses, tramway, subway and train.
It’s a residential area with around 10 restaurants within 5-7 minutes walking. A smaller grocery store etc. You can walk to Sundbyberg centrum with more stores and restaurants, gyms, liquor store etc. in 10-15 minutes walking.
My apartment has two bedrooms, a double bed, a single bed and a board bed. It’s light, have a great kitchen and bathroom. The house was built in 1929 and refurbished from office to apartments 2005. A lot of light, high ceiling. It’s a quit house with only 10 apartments. My neighbors are nice and friendly.
I have quit recently moved in (this summer) so I will use photos from the earlier owner, advert.
I will fill in more in time…

I’m a calm, careful, academically educated (law school) working in the real estate industri with speciality in retail.
Among my interests is music, food (cock and eat), wine, culture, training, traveling and more of course.
I have two children, my son 21 working as a chef and my daughter 19 still in secondary school/gymnasium, studying social science and photography.
Sometimes they follow, sometimes they don’t.
We have made exchanges before but that was over ten years ago. I love this way to travel and explore another place.
I/we are considerate careful and responsible people who takes care of your place as it was our own but actually better.
My apartment is 3 room with kitchen, 2 bedroom with 2 + 1 beds and we have a foldable bed as well.
Many nice comfortabilities, such as dishwasher, washing machine included with a dryer, separate oven and micro, large tv, stereo, fast wifi (5G/1000mbit), digital drums and piano if you play.
The house is from 1929 with only 10 apartments. Great neighbors, quiet. Balcony have sun both in the morning and afternoon, evening.
The house also have a little garden with table and sitting with a barbecue for all to use. But it is very seldom used.
