Lovely 3 bedroom Apartment in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
3 bedroom apartment in a northern Brisbane suburb close to airport (6 klm drive) and walking distance to all amenities including Supermarket, Trains, Buses, Cafes and Restaurants. Lovely balcony to watch the sunset. The 3rd bedroom is currently furnished as an office but a Queen bed deflatable will be available if required.

Quiet surburb but very close to all amenities. Judy’s apartment is in a block of 6. All tenants are well known to each other and very friendly.

About Our Family
Sandra & Judy are sisters and Lee is their cousin. We often holiday together and spent a lovely holiday in Canada & USA prior to Covid but now looking forward to an extended stay in either France, Portugal or Spain.
Lifestyle
All manner of Sporting facilities are in close proximity including Golf Course, Tennis Court, Beaches for fishing, surfing, swimming and very popular with Windsurfers. Lovely walking tracks along the Esplanade at Sandgate. Airport is only 6klms as well as buses (11min walk) and trains (10min walk). Approximately 1hr drive to Gold Coast and 1.15hrs to Sunshine Coast. The Gold Coast is home to several theme parks, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, Sea World, Movie World, Wet'n'Wild. The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary at the Gold Coast is also a 'must see'. You can also view Whale watching from June through to October as the whales migrate north to breed in June and then return to the south with their calves. There are many boat tours in close proximity where you can view this unforgettable experience. The famous Australia Zoo is in the Sunshine Coast area approximately 55min drive. Why not take a ferry ride on one of the City Cats and visit the Gallery of Modern Art at Southbank, the nearest Ferry Terminal is 4klms drive. Avoid early morning commuters to the City. Visit the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary in Fig Tree Pocket (22min drive). Many tours available for fishing enthusiasts both from Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
