El Portil, Spania

We are Ana and Luis, a 63 year-old retired couple. We live in Sevilla but we offer our appartement in El Portil, a small familiar village on the sea 30 km away from Huelva in direction to Portugal. The beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walking (750 metres). The appartement consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that can be unfolded and transformed in two, a dining room with a sofa also that can also be used as single bed, one full bathroom and a separated full-equiped kitchen. Air conditioning (cool/hot) is available together with a ceiling fan, wi-fi and a smart tv with subscriptions to Netflix and other channels. A spacious covered balcony, with a big table, faces to the inner swimming pool and the garden. The windows have sliding glass that can be opened.
The appartement area is enclosed around the swimmimg pool. All kind of shops and facilities are less than five walking. We have an underground parking place and are willing to offer our car (a Peugeot 207 model) if you want to drive.
There are several rural paths in the very same village and other near places. El Portil has also a golf course and there are others at several neighbouring places. Doñana wild-life national park is 80 km away and Portugal is 60 km. away. Huelva hosts the so called Columbus’s places, with a monestry and an exhibition that are worth to visiting.
