Sunny house with terrace and garden in a quiet residential area at 30 min. from Ghent and Bruges.
We build this sunny house in 1992.
In summer there is sun in the garden from 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
When it's too hot for the terrace, it's nice staying under the trees.
There we eat during summer.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.
We have a treadmill, 2 electric bikes and 2 non-electric bikes.

We live in a very quiet street in a little village named Vosselare.
At < 1 km there is a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a take-away pizzeria.
At 3 km you find several shops.
The neighbours are about the same age as us and they are very kind.
At 4 km we have friends with more than 25 years of homechange experience.
They will be ready for help and advice.

Personnes charmantes et très attentives pour nous accueillir avec envie et délicatesse. Toujours présentes pour répondre à nos moindres questions et nous dépanner en cas de difficultés. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec une excellente propreté. La région est extrêmement magnifique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Ivan is a retired engineer and Carine is a librarian, retired from 1th June 2026.
We have 4 adult children.
