nice little house in a quiet area, Périgueux
very close from the city of Périgueux 5km, our home is perfect to visit the Périgord
All comfort (video, internet, central heating, dryer, tv, barbecue, 2 bikes).
Our house is located in a quiet area of Boulazac near the city of Perigueux. It is a house with 2 bedrooms under the roof, 1 with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Another smaller one with a corner bed can accommodate one person.
On the ground floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet as well as the living-dining room, the kitchen, the dining area and a room that serves as an office and opens onto the terrace.
The house is surrounded by a small garden and a terrace where you can have your breakfast and meals depending on the weather.

Surroundings: The greenway is not far from the house and you can quickly reach the historical city center of Perigueux by bike. There is a lively market on Wednesday and Saturday morning. The center is pleasant and has been completely renovated.
The Dordogne is an attractive department and offers many possibilities. Among other things you can visit prehistoric caves (like Lascaux), many castles, the international museum of prehistory...
Depending on the season, many sports activities are offered: canoeing down the Dordogne, climbing, hiking...
