Flat in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg
We are a small family of two with no children: Laura, 51, translator, and Stefan, 56, historian. We live in the central district Prenzlauer Berg. Our flat is bright and quiet, because it is situated on the fourth floor of a rear building. (As it is an old building from around 1900, it has no elevator!) If you want to relax and rest, you can do it in our home. We have a comfortable living room, one bed room and a guest room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. If you want to have fun in our neighbourhood, you simply have to walk 200 metres to Helmholtzplatz, one of the hot spots of the area. All interesting places of Prenzlauer Berg are within walking distance.
From the nearby (300 m) tram stop and S-Bahn station you can get easily around the city by public transport. It takes you, for instance, 15 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz or Museumsinsel and 25 minutes by S-Bahn to Potsdamer Platz or Brandenburg Gate.

Die Wohnung von Gerhard und Marlies ist wunderschön, weitläufig und komfortabel, schön eingerichtet und hat sogar Zugang zu einem Garten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt eine Straßenbahn, die ganz in der Nähe fährt und mit der man schnell im Stadtzentrum ist. Die Kommunikation mit Gerhard und Marlies war unkompliziert, sie sind sehr nette, angenehme Leute.
Eine wunderbar geräumige und angenehme Wohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Im Zentrum Wiens gelegen und dennoch eine grüne, ruhige Oase. Hannelore war eine unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite und sehr nette Gesprächspartnerin. Wir wären jederzeit zu einem neuen Tausch bereit. Danke!
Very pleasant exchange, easy communication with the host, the property is in a pleasant neighbourhood with nice addresses nearby.
Linda is a kind, warm and easy to communicate with host. Her house in Gent is spectacular. Modern, comfortable, with lots of light and in a very good location to get around the city. We have such fond memories of our stay and would definitely exchange again with her.
