We have lived in our apartment since 2019 when it was built. It is a bright and beautiful airy apartment with 2 bedrooms (one is currently used as an office), an open plan kitchen/living area, an en-suite bathroom/shower and another bathroom/shower, with ample storage throughout. We've put a lot of thought into the design of this apartment, and have used high-end materials and furniture throughout.

The apartment has been loved and lived in by ourselves (a young professional couple). The location is amazing; it's 30 seconds away from two beaches, and large promenade areas that are bustling and vibrant in the summer. There are pop-up food festivals near us, and we are well connected by bike paths into the city (15 mins), as well as lots of bus routes into the city and neighbouring areas. We are 10 minutes away from the popular, quintessentially-Edinburgh area of Stockbridge, and 10 minutes away from the bustling area of Leith.

We're looking to move in the month of August, which is ideal for anyone wanting to visit Edinburgh at this time. August in Edinburgh is the most expensive time to visit; the Fringe Festival happens every year (world renowned art/culture/comedy festival) in August, so it is a great opportunity for individuals to visit, walk the city as if it was their home, visit the multiple pop up venues throughout and see as many shows as possible!
