Une maison en Provence à côté d’Avignon (Vaucluse)
Notre habitation est une maison individuelle récente (2007) de 130 m² dont 110 m² disponibles. Elle est située dans un environnement calme, en impasse, sur 850 m² de jardin avec piscine de 8m*4m.
Notre maison comprend un salon-salle à manger spacieux, une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes...), un espace détente télévision (connexion wifi possible) et des toilettes.
A l’étage, se trouvent une chambre adulte (lit queen size) et deux chambres enfants (dont l'une avec un lit double), une salle de bain avec baignoire et wc.
La maison est totalement climatisée

Our house is a recent detached house (2007) of 130 m² of which 110 m² are available. It is located in a quiet environment , in a dead end environment, on 850 m² of garden with a swimming pool (8m*4m)
Our house includes a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave...), a television relaxation area (wifi connection possible) and toilets.
Upstairs, there is an adult bedroom (queen size bed) and two children's bedrooms (one with a double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The house is fully air-conditioned

Saint-Saturnin-lès-Avignon is a small Provençal town situated at 10 kms from Avignon, old papal city .
During your vacations you will discover the most beautiful places of Provence :
-the city of Avignon, old papal city from the XIII century, its famous bridge and the popes’ palace. (10 minutes)
-the famous « pont du Gard » (roman bridge) (40 minutes)
-the ancient cities of Orange, Arles and Nîmes are all within an hour from our house.
- the small Provençal towns with their colorful markets, in the Luberon, Alpilles, and the Mont Ventoux mountain, world-famous mountain. (30 à 45 min)
-the wine road of the « Vallée du Rhône » (Gigondas, Châteauneuf du Pape, Tavel…) (30 min)
-the Mediterranean coast: la Camargue 1h,the « calanques de Cassis » (Marseille) 1h20, or the Languedocienne coast next to Montpellier (Grande Motte, Grau du Roi) ( 1 hour)
