Seaside Villa 30min from Rome (Available Nov - March only )
We live in an upscale quiet but very central neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to beach and 35min drive to Rome. One can also easily jump in a train and within 45min you are in the heart of Rome. Perfect place to stay in tranquility with easy access to everything.
It has a large entrance with large terraces to suntan and enjoy. Large garden with covered patio ideally for parties, weddings, bbqs and more. It also has a large wine cave cellar with ancient history where we offer private wine and local products tasting.
It has state of the art all new appliances easy to use for your comfort.
