The apartment, is in the first floor; bedroom with double bed, 1 bath with separate toilet, kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, automatic cafe expreso machine, dinning area and balcony.
The living room has 2 sofas, one with doble bed.
Original waxed wood floorboards provide a toon of personality and a very specific and enjoyable tactile feel.
We love our neighborhood: “Mariatorget”and sourrondings Tantos park.
On a side street close to parks, entertainment, water and the popular Mariatorget as well as the sprawling Swedenborgsgatan, which during the summer is transformed to a pedestrian street with many outdoor pubs, restaurants, cafés. Cozy and great for people to gather. The subway station Mariatorget is only 50mts from the house.

We had a great week in Stockholm in the apartment of Annika and Maximo, after a lot of uncertainty because of healthproblems of Maximo. That's why we couldn't do a simultaneous exchange and so Maximo and Annika didn't come to our house. But they arranged our stay in their home and we were introduced nicely by their son. There everything was well prepared and exactly how described. We felt very cosy there.
A part from the city that was spectacular, Máximo and Anika made the experience so much better. They took their time to meet with us and explain the city map and the public transportation and the main places to visit. They left everything arranged in the apartment as we discussed before and even they left some toys for our boy to play with. Totally recommended, they are very nice hosts.

Hello, we are Annika and Máximo. We have been living in Stockholm for quite a few years now and our daughter and son also lives in Stockholm but in their own apartments. I am a teacher and my husband works with music and dance although now we work less and can travel more in different periods of time. We have been living in Spain many years and have family there and in Argentina, and Italy, and that is why we specially are looking for these countries even though France also is interesting for us.
