Nuestro piso, segunda residencia, es un piso muy cómodo. Consta de cocina, baño, sala de estar, terraza y dos dormitorios dobles. Está orientado al este, con vistas al mar y al jardín. Nuestro edificio está al lado de la playa y tiene dos bonitos y tranquilos jardines. En otro edificio, situado a doscientos metros, disponemos de parking cubierto para un vehículo y piscinas privadas.

Our flat, second residence, is a very comfortable flat. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and two double bedrooms. It faces east, with sea and garden views. Our building is next to the beach and has two nice and quiet gardens. In another building, located two hundred meters, we have covered parking for a vehicle and private pools.

Somos un matrimonio de profesores jubilados. Normalmente viajamos en nuestro automóvil (necesitamos garaje). A veces también nos acompaña otro matrimonio. En este caso, necesitamos dos dormitorios dobles.
Ya hemos realizado más de treinta intercambios, generalmente de tres semanas. Estamos interesados en intercambiar nuestra vivienda durante el siguiente período: del 7 de abril al 1 de octubre. El intercambio podría ser no simultáneo y durar dos, tres o cuatro semanas. Preferimos intercambiar con grandes ciudades.
