Holiday home in Sestri Levante, Italy

Our house is on the hill, 1 km from Sestri Levante, surrounded by olive trees. Sestri Levante is a beautiful village of the Riviera in the Gulf of Tigullio. It is 15 km far from the CinqueTerre (east), and Portofino (west), that you can reach also by a beautiful boat daily trip. Wonderful art cities like Genoa (40 km west), and, in Tuscany, Pisa and Lucca (130km east) can be reached by car or by train.
The nearest beaches can be reached by feet in 20 minutes, with a beautiful trail as well as by car. Our house consists in an apartment (45m2), located in a rustic building with 4 apartments. There is a garden, that we share with two neighbors ( but generally they don't use it) , with amacas, garden chairs, big table, bbq. All the neighbors are very friendly. The house is COMFORTABLE for 2 people, maximum a family with a little child, NOT MORE.
